Video #3 How to Make Hand Sculptures with Plaster Wrap by Gabrielle Javier-Cerulli This is a great process to explore with yourself or your clients. Journal before and after about what the hands have done (or not done) in the past and what wish to do with their hands in the future - what kind of accomplishments are the hands hoping to experiences. I've used this with adults and teens. These can also be used to discuss body image, reaching out/community service, and self-identity...just to name a few.
